ZincFive is a leading manufacturer of nickel-zinc batteries for data centers, transportation infrastructure, and starting systems, with more than 1GW of product shipped and contracted. Batteries are built in China and packaged into prismatic cells and UPS cabinets deployed in large-scale data center operations.

ZincFive recently implemented Statistical Process Control (SPC) within its production line, using control charts and process capability indices to distinguish normal variation from true quality drift, catching deviations before they show up as scrap or field failures.
